All insurances are accepted besides out of state Medicaid.

Payment Policy

All accounts are due when first time statement is received. If unable to pay in full, patient may call in and set up payment arrangements.

Admission Process for both In and Out Patients?

For all areas except the Clinic and ER, all patients should come to the Business Office for registration. Clinic and ER patients register in their respective department. Please have insurance information available at the time of registration.
