A retirement community dedicated to making retirement living independent and enjoyable. It offers residents independent living without the burden of home maintenance. Residents will then be free to enjoy the peace of mind that comes from feeling secure, comfortable, and independent.

Who is allowed to live in Noble Place

Residents are restricted to people ages 55 and older.

What is the Cost

On average, it will cost about the same or even less to live at Noble Place than it does to maintain a private home.

What types of living accommodations are available

One and two bedroom independent living units are available.

What is included in each apartment

Each apartment has a large living area, separate bedroom(s), private bath(s), fully equipped kitchen, private patio, and is individually heated and air-conditioned. Large windows let in lots of natural light and provide each apartment with a view of the adjoining courtyards.

Will there be meals available at Noble Place

Yes. There is a complete staff of food service professionals who prepare and serve a wide variety of entrees, salads, vegetables, and desserts. Included in the monthly fee will be thirty meals per month.

What activities will be offered

A wide variety of social, recreational and cultural activities, as well as hobby, craft and wellness programs are available to each resident.

What services are available for an additional charge

Additional services available include weekly housekeeping, laundry service, covered parking for resident, as well as additional meals for residents and guest meals.
